  Alloy31(Alloy N08031) is a nitrogen containing nickel, iron, chromium, molybdenum, and copper alloy, which is a new type of alloy improved and optimized based on Alloy28. By adding nitrogen elements, the corrosion resistance and stress corrosion resistance of alloy31 are significantly improved. It has high strength, good plasticity, and excellent cold working and welding performance, making it an iron nickel alloy with excellent comprehensive performance.   (1) Corrosion resistance.

  Alloy 31 high-temperature alloy exhibits excellent corrosion performance in most concentrations of sulfuric acid and chloride. It can resist strong acid corrosion and corrosive gas erosion, and has higher corrosion resistance than other materials such as 316l stainless steel and c-276 high-temperature alloy.
