    Waspaloy is a precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy, French NC20K14/German 2.4654/American standard UNS N07001/Chinese GH4738 (GH738) high-temperature alloy.

GH4738 is a Ni Cr Co precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy, used at temperatures below 815 ℃. Adding cobalt, chromium, and molybdenum elements to the alloy for solid solution strengthening, and adding aluminum and titanium elements to form γ’ Phase, adding boron and zirconium elements to purify and strengthen grain boundaries. The alloy exhibits high yield strength and fatigue resistance at temperatures ranging from 760 ℃ to 870 ℃; It has high oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance in a gas turbine atmosphere below 870 ℃; Suitable for making parts such as turbine discs, working blades, high-temperature fasteners, flame tubes, shafts, and turbine casings. The main products include cold rolled strips and hot rolled plates, pipes, strips, wires, forgings, and bolt fasteners.

Alloys are used for making turbine discs, blades, and sealing rings for aviation engines, as well as for flue gas turbine blades, turbine discs, and large bolts. This alloy is widely used in equipment fields such as aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical, and power generation abroad, such as transmission components such as air compressor blades, turbine discs, valve body rings, and shafts.

Alloys have good oxidation and corrosion resistance in various atmospheres encountered in jet engines or similar working conditions. The oxidation resistance temperature for continuous operation can reach 1040 ℃, and for intermittent operation can reach 870 ℃. Alloys also have good resistance to salt spray corrosion, especially in the solid solution treatment state. Bars can withstand 1080 ℃ × After 4h/AC+stabilization+aging treatment, notch rupture experiments at 650 ℃, 750 ℃, and 815 ℃ showed that the alloy had no notch sensitivity. After long-term aging at 650 ℃ and 730 ℃ for 3000 hours, the alloy exhibits no new phase precipitation and stable microstructure.
