  Alloy N155 is a Fe Ni Cr Co alloy with excellent high-temperature strength, good welding performance, good cutting performance, and comprehensive performance. This strength is inherent in the material itself and does not require age hardening to achieve. It is more difficult to machine than ordinary austenitic stainless steel, and has the same ability to produce nitrate as austenitic stainless steel, while its resistance to weak hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid is higher than that of stainless steel. Alloy N155 alloy is suitable for working conditions that require high stress at temperatures up to 1500 ° F, and can be used at temperatures up to 2000 ° F with moderate stress loads. This alloy has good ductility, oxidation resistance, and is easy to process. Currently, it has a large number of aviation applications, such as rectifiers, combustion chambers, afterburner chambers, turbine blades, fasteners, etc.
