    Alloy 825 is a nickel based alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and high temperature resistance. Performs well in various harsh environments such as high temperature, high pressure, and strong oxidizing atmospheres. This alloy has broad application prospects in fields such as chemical engineering, petroleum, aerospace, and power.

    Corrosion resistance:

    This alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in various media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, carbonic acid, chloride, etc.

    Oxidation resistance: The alloy can maintain stable chemical properties and good surface state at high temperatures, and has high oxidation resistance. Strong toughness: This alloy has good strength and toughness at high temperatures, can withstand large loads, and is not prone to deformation and fracture.

    Machinability: This alloy has excellent machinability, is easy to cold and hot work, and can be processed into various shapes of parts.

    Mechanical properties: The alloy has good mechanical properties. It has high strength and yield strength, with a tensile strength of 650-825MPa, a yield strength of 300-450MPa, and an elongation of 30-45%. After appropriate heat treatment, its mechanical properties can be further improved.
