  Alloy 825 is a nickel based alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and high temperature resistance.   Corrosion resistance:

  This alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in various media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, carbonic acid, chloride, etc.

  Oxidation resistance: The alloy can maintain stable chemical properties and good surface state at high temperatures, and has high oxidation resistance. Strong toughness: This alloy has good strength and toughness at high temperatures, can withstand large loads, and is not prone to deformation and fracture.

  Machinability: This alloy has excellent machinability, is easy to cold and hot work, and can be processed into various shapes of parts.

  Mechanical properties: The alloy has good mechanical properties. It has high strength and yield strength, with a tensile strength of 650-825MPa, a yield strength of 300-450MPa, and an elongation of 30-45%.
