    Alloy800HT is a high-temperature alloy composed of elements such as nickel, iron, chromium, titanium, etc. It has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, thermal creep resistance, quenching and work hardening properties, and is widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure equipment in fields such as petroleum, chemical, energy, and power.

    Corrosion resistance of alloy 800HT:

    The alloy has good corrosion resistance to nitric acid, organic acids, oxidizing and non oxidizing salts except halogenated salts. Especially, it is resistant to high-temperature corrosion and has good resistance to carburization. When the alloy is heated between 593 and 816, intergranular corrosion occurs, which has good stress corrosion resistance. However, long-term aging at 650 degrees Celsius may significantly reduce the stress corrosion sensitivity of the alloy. The stress resistance in NaOH and NACL depends on concentration and level.


    Application fields of alloy 800HT:

    It has excellent stress corrosion resistance in water containing chloride and low concentration of NAOH. Widely used to replace 18-8 austenitic steel in manufacturing stress corrosion resistant equipment, used in pressurized water reactor evaporators, high-temperature gas cooled reactors, sodium cooled fast reactor heat exchangers, and superheated steam pipelines in the power industry. Used for various heat exchange equipment in nitric acid coolers, acetic anhydride cracking tubes, and the chemical industry.
