  Alloy800 is an iron nickel chromium alloy that also contains elements such as copper, aluminum, and carbon.

  
  

  Its chemical composition is: iron (32.0% -47.0%), nickel (38.0% -46.0%), chromium (19.0% -23.0%), copper (0.75% maximum), aluminum (0.15% -0.60%), carbon (0.10% maximum), titanium (0.15% -0.60%), antimony (0.05% maximum). Alloy800 is one of the earliest developed high-temperature alloys, widely used in various industrial manufacturing under high-temperature oxidation environments, such as furnaces, high-temperature furnaces, heating coils, petrochemical, aerospace and other manufacturing fields.

  
  

  Alloy800 has excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance in high-temperature environments, and can be used for a long time in high-temperature environments.
