  Alloy 46 (UNS K94600, NiLo46) controls expansion alloys, 46% nickel composition, and balanced iron for various electronic applications, especially glass and ceramic seals.

  The controllable expansion alloy contains 46% Ni/Fe surplus; Used for various electronic applications, especially glass and ceramic seals.

  
  

  Alloy 46 Usage:

  Used for manufacturing iron nickel cobalt alloy strips, bars, plates, and pipes together with hard glass.

  Suitable for electronic vacuum devices such as emission tubes, oscillation tubes, ignition tubes, triodes, tube plugs, relay housings, etc.

  It has a certain coefficient of linear expansion within the temperature range of 20 ℃ -450 ℃ and can be firmly sealed with hard glass.
