  • 4J40 Details

4J40 alloy, also known as iron nickel alloy or lubrication alloy, is a high-performance alloy material. It is composed of elements such as iron, nickel, cobalt, copper, and chromium, and has excellent thermal expansion performance. It is widely used in industries, aerospace, military, and other fields.

    Characteristic:

4J40 alloy has the characteristics of relatively small thermal expansion coefficient, good wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, and good weathering resistance. Its characteristics enable it to maintain long-term stability under conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, high speed, and strong corrosiveness. In addition, 4J40 alloy also has high strength and fatigue resistance, can withstand extreme pressure and stress, and is not prone to fracture and deformation.

    Heat treatment:

During the heat treatment process of 4J40 alloy, factors such as temperature, time, and cooling need to be controlled. In general, annealing treatment is required before processing to eliminate internal stress and improve the toughness and plasticity of the alloy. After heat treatment, mechanical processing is also required to obtain alloy materials with excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance.
