  Basic characteristics:

  TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5) is a medium strength (alpha+beta) type duplex titanium alloy, containing 6% alpha stable element Al and 4% beta stable element V. This alloy has excellent comprehensive properties. It has a series of advantages such as excellent corrosion resistance, small density, high specific strength, good toughness and weldability, and has been successfully applied in sectors such as aerospace, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, automobiles, and pharmaceuticals.

  TC4 alloy can operate at a temperature of up to 400 ° C for a long time and is used in the aviation industry to manufacture fans and compressor discs and blades for engines, as well as important load-bearing components such as beams and joints in aircraft structures, and to manufacture various aerospace fasteners. With high specific strength, this alloy can replace structural steels such as 30CrMnSiA, achieving a weight reduction of about 30% in parts.
