  Basic characteristics:

  TC19 titanium alloy (Ti-6AL-2Sn-4Zr-6Mo) is a beta rich alpha+beta two-phase titanium alloy developed in the United States in the 20th century. It is a modified version of TA19 titanium alloy (T6A2Sn4Zr2Mo), which can fully exert strengthening effects and is a high-strength and high toughness titanium alloy.

  TC19 application areas：

  TC19 titanium alloy also has excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and low density, and is widely used in aerospace, medical equipment, chemical and other fields. The physical and mechanical properties of this alloy are also excellent, and it can be applied in high temperature, long-term, and high load environments. The long-term use temperature can reach 400 ℃, and the short-term and high load use temperature can reach 540 ℃. Therefore, TC19 titanium alloy is commonly used to make important components in the intermediate temperature range of turbine engines, such as compressor discs, fans, and blades.
