  Basic characteristics:

  TC11 titanium alloy is an α - β type thermal strength titanium alloy with excellent comprehensive performance. It has excellent thermal strength below 500 ℃ and high room temperature strength.   TC11 application areas：

  TC11 titanium alloy is mainly used for manufacturing compressor discs, blades, drums and other parts of aircraft engines, and can also be used for manufacturing aircraft structural components. The maximum long-term working temperature of TC11 alloy obtained through thermal deformation in the α+β zone and heat treatment in the α+β zone is 500 ℃. The semi-finished products produced include bars, forgings, die forgings, and castings.
