  Basic characteristics:

  TA15 is a type of close proximity α Type titanium alloy, corresponding to the Russian brand BT20. Its nominal composition was first successfully developed by the Soviet Union in 1964. adopt α The solid solution strengthening of the stable element Al is the main strengthening mechanism of this alloy. Adding neutral element Zr and β Stabilize elements Mo and V to improve processability. The Al equivalent of this alloy is 6.58%, which is close to the high Al equivalent α Type titanium alloy, therefore it has both α Titanium alloy has good thermal strength and weldability, while also possessing similar properties α-β Process plasticity of type titanium alloys.
