  Basic characteristics:

  TA12 alloy is a nearly alpha type thermal strength titanium alloy with good comprehensive properties, with a nominal composition of Ti-5.5Al-4Sn-2Zr-1Mo-0.25Si-1Nd. This alloy can work for a long time at a temperature of up to 550 ℃ and is used for parts such as compressor discs, drums, and blades in aircraft engines.

  This alloy has good process plasticity and superplasticity, suitable for various pressure processing forms, and can be machined in various ways. The semi-finished products produced mainly include plates, bars, and forgings, which can also be used to produce castings.
