  HAYNES HR-120(N08120) Product Introduction:

  N08120 high strength alloy, has a good resistance to industrial environment, is a solid solution strengthened heat resistant alloy, this alloy has a very high temperature strength and a good resistance to carburizing and vulcanization ability. The oxidation resistance of this alloy is excellent, comparable to that of any widely used Fe-Ni-Cr alloy, such as 300 series stainless steel, 800H and 800HT. Even compared with Ni-Cr alloy, its strength at 1095°C is significantly higher. The alloy can be formed by cold and hot working, and Hastelloy X or HAYNES 556 cases are selected as welding materials according to the performance requirements.

  
  

  N08120 is a solid solution strengthened heat resistant alloy with excellent strength at high temperatures and good resistance to carburizing and vulcanization environments. Its oxidation resistance is comparable to that of other widely used Fe-Ni-Cr materials, such as 330 and 800H alloys, but still has high strength at temperatures up to 2000F (1095C). Even compared with Ni-Cr alloy, it is significantly higher. The alloy is generally welded with a HAYNES 556 filler wire.
