    The main components of 3J53 alloy are iron, nickel, cobalt, molybdenum, and chromium. Among them, the proportion of iron, nickel, and cobalt is roughly the same, accounting for over 80% of the total composition, while the proportion of molybdenum and chromium is relatively small, accounting for less than 20% of the total composition. The main characteristics of this alloy are excellent magnetic properties, high saturation magnetic induction strength, high permeability, and low hysteresis loss. At the same time, the alloy also has good corrosion resistance and heat resistance, and can maintain stable performance and performance in high temperature and corrosive environments. This alloy has good plasticity and workability during processing, and can be formed and processed through cold drawing, hot rolling, cold rolling, and other methods.


    Organizational structure:

    After solid solution treatment above 900 ℃, alloys with phase transformation temperature exhibit a single-phase austenite structure. After aging through solid solution or cold deformation, the precipitation strengthening phase Y "(Ni, Fe) begins to precipitate from the matrix at around 500 ℃; (Aluminum, titanium) 7. Precipitation is rapid above 600 ℃, and the precipitation reaches its maximum value at 650~750 ℃. When the temperature is above 750 ℃, the Y 'phase begins to dissolve and dissolves above 900 ℃.
